Shipping and Handling

All orders have a flat $5 shipping fee via USPS, unless otherwise noted with a promotion. 

Local Delivery :  this method is only valid on addresses within a 10 mile radius of Downtown Franklin, TN.  If this shipping option is selected but doesn't meet the criteria, a shipping charge will be added to your order.  

 

Returns (instore & online)
We stand behind our product. If you aren't totally satisfied with your order, please email us at info@aubreep.com or call/text 615.305.4311.  Items must be in original unworn condition with tags attached.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds 
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.  A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Exchanges
We are more than happy to exchange merchandise that arrives to you damaged or broken, as we take pride in our quality.  We can also exchange items for different colors/sizes.  Please send us an email with photos at info@aubreep.com and we will give you further instructions for exchanging your merchandise.

When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed and shipped or be locally delivered within 2-3 business days (M-F). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.  

 

In-Store Pick-Up :

Available Tuesday - Saturday, 10 - 4pm
